1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product must include all original accessories, tags, and invoices

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products (unless damaged during transit)

• Products returned after the return window

• Customised or personalised products (if applicable)

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear images of the product

• Images of the outer packaging

• Order ID

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images

3. Our support team will guide you through the return process

Once approved:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

• In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship the product (shipping cost will be informed)

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

• Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after return approval

• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Replacement Policy

• Replacement requests are accepted for damaged or defective products only

• Replacement is subject to product availability

• If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be free of cost

• If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalised products

• Items damaged due to improper use or handling

• Products without original packaging

8. Cancellation & Returns Relationship

• Cancelled orders (before shipment) are handled as per our Shipping & Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as returns, subject to eligibility
