We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must include all original accessories, tags, and invoices
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged products (unless damaged during transit)
Products returned after the return window
Customised or personalised products (if applicable)
If you receive:
A damaged product, or
An incorrect product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear images of the product
Images of the outer packaging
Order ID
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images
Our support team will guide you through the return process
Once approved:
Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship the product (shipping cost will be informed)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after return approval
It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider
Replacement requests are accepted for damaged or defective products only
Replacement is subject to product availability
If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be free of cost
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or personalised products
Items damaged due to improper use or handling
Products without original packaging
Cancelled orders (before shipment) are handled as per our Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as returns, subject to eligibility
